Herman Vander Veldt, Principal, has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and over 35 years experience in mortgage lending. Prior to his career in mortgage lending, Herman was President of Prudential Real Estate and managed 420 sales agents and branch managers. He has been a board member for the Bank of Las Vegas since 2007.
Herman has diverse loan experience in all aspects of the industry:
Savings & Loan – Appraiser, Loan officer, and Department Manager
Real Estate – Broker, Administrative Vice President, Executive Vice President, & President.
Mortgage Banking – Wholesale and Residential Lending, Branch Manager
His wealth of experience allows him to bring a well-rounded view of the home buying process to each of his clients, thus ensuring a smooth path to homeownership. Herman’s objective is to accomplish a smooth and uncomplicated transaction where all parties feel they have experienced the benefit of dealing with professionals.
Herman is the proud father of two children and five grandchildren.
